How do I activate an EZ FRAME at the first time when I receive it?

When you receive your EZ FRAME from us, you need to activate the EZ FRAME under your EZX account. This allows you to become the owner of the EZ FRAME. You can then link your digital content to the EZ FRAME, and manage the EZ FRAME, such as linking to a new created content or control content access, from cloud directly.
To activate and set up your EZ-FRAME at the first time, please follow the instructions below:
Login or sign-up an EZX account at https://ezx.coozii.com using your Google account (if you don't have a Google account, you can sign it up for free from Google)
Locate the QR code in the EZ-FRAME shipped to you or in the shipment notification email if you want to set it up prior its arrival
Scan the QR code and go to the “Activation” page
Click on the "Activate" button to activate your EZ-FRAME. The EZ-FRAME is then linked to your account.
Notes:
Upon activation, you will be automatically directed to a SETUP page where you can setup and link your video, album, or whatever digital content that is cloud accessible. To learn how to link a video or some other digital contents from Google Photos, Google Drive, Apple Photos, visit our FAQ
If you don't login to your EZX account before you scan the QR code, you will be asked to Sign-in or Sign-up. Please go ahead to sign-in/sign-up first and then go back to step 2
To setup or update your content after the activation, simply login to your EZX account and go to "View All My EZ FRAME", locate the EZ FRAME you would like to update, and click on its "Update & Setup" button.
