EZ-FRAME can be used as a physical presence of your digital album on your Apple’s iCloud (or Google Photos or Drives if you are Google users)

It lets you quickly bring your favorite, joyful memories with just a scan away. You simply use your mobile device and scan the QR code on the EZ-FRAME. The album is then brought to you. You don’t need to remember where those memories are located within your Photos app, search hundreds or thousands of photos, or browse through multiple albums or folders to find them. You can review or share your story with families or friends without breaking the social moment.

To do this, you obtain the "Share Link" of your album of choice. Then you paste that share link onto your EZ FRAME. That's it. Then you or your guest can just scan the QR code on the EZ FRAME and view it.

Below are the steps to obtain a "Share Link" for your iCloud Shared Album:

1. From Photos app on your iPhone, click on Albums

2. Select the Shared Album you want to sync with EZ-FRAME. (If you don’t have a Shared Album yet, click on the top left corner “+” sign to create a new Shared Album and place your photos, videos into that album. Click here for how to create a Shared Album)

3. From the top right corner, click the “person” icon and click on “Share Photos” option

4. Turn on the “Public Website” option - this will enable a “Share Link” for the Album.

5. Note: While it says “Public Website”, it is not really searchable on the Internet. Only people who have the Share Link can access it.

6. Click on “Share Link” that appears after you enable the “Public Website”, and click on the “Copy” option from the pop up windows.

Now you have the share link obtained. Next you paste that to EZ FRAME.

Steps to paste a share link onto an EZ FRAME:

1. Login to your EZ FRAME (EZX) web app

2. Find the EZ-FRAME you want to sync with the album and click on “Update Content Source” button

3. Click on “Link To Your Content” field and paste the iCloud Link

4. Click on “Update” button

That’s it. The Shared Album is linked to your EZ-FRAME. You can test it by scanning the QR code on your EZ-FRAME. It will direct you to the content of the Shared Album. You can add more photos, videos onto the Album and wherever you scan the EZ-FRAME again you will view the updated content.

If you would want to link your EZ-FRAME to a different Shared Album, you can follow the above steps. The EZ-FRAME is capable of taking new content sources at your wish.

Note: with this method, the Share Link is good for 30 days only. So you would need to update the link again with this option if you want to keep the linkage for more than 30 days. Alternatively, you can use a Shared Album which does not have an expiration date.

1. From Photos app on your iPhone, click on Albums

2. Select the Album you want to sync with EZ-FRAME (If you don’t have an Album you want to use yet, click on the top left corner “+” sign to create a new Album and place your photos, videos into that album.)

3. From the top right corner, select the “...” icon and click on “Share Photos” option

4. Click on “Copy iCloud Link”

5. Go to your EZ-FRAME list from your EZX web app account

6. Find the EZ-FRAME you want to sync with the album and click on “Update Content Source” button

7. Click on “Link To Your Content” field and paste the iCloud Link

8. Click on “Update” button

That’s it. The Shared Album is linked to your EZ-FRAME. You can test it by scanning the QR code on your EZ-FRAME. It will direct you to the content of the Shared Album.

The Apple's Photos app can generate videos or knowns as Memories from your photo library automatically using its artificial intelligence (AI). You can easily link one onto your EZ-FRAME. You can update it to another Memory when new ones generated as you wish.

To accomplish this, you first obtain a "Share Link" for the Memory you want to link to EZ-FRAME. Then you update EZ-FRAME content source.

Below are the steps to obtain a "Share Link" for the Memory you want to link to EZ-FRAME. If you are familiar with this already, you can skip the following steps and go directly to "Steps To Update EZ-FRAME Content Source" section below.

1. Click on "For You" option from the bottom screen of the Photos app

2. Click on "See All" from the Memories section

3. Select the Memory you want to link to EZ-FRAME

4. When the Memory is playing, click on the "share icon" on the top right corner of the screen.

5. Click on "Add to Shared Album" option on the pop up windows below - Photos app will preparing the video for you

6. From the pop up windows, select a Shared Album you want to use or create a new Shared Album of your choice, then click on Post

7. Click on "Albums" in the bottom of the screen

8. Select the Shared Album you selected or created earlier

9. Click on "Person head" icon on the top right corner

10. Click on "Share Link" under Public Website option; If you don't see the "Share Link", make sure the Public Website option is enabled. The "Share Link" option should then appear

11. Click on "Copy" from the pop up option screen

Now with the Share Link copied, you can update your EZ-FRAME content source by the following steps:

Steps To Update EZ-FRAME Content Source:

1. Go to your EZ-FRAME web app and find the EZ-FRAME you want to link the Memory to

2. Click on "Update Content Source" button

3. Paste the Share Link onto the "Link to Your Content" field from the setup page of your EZ-FRAME

4. Click on "Update" button

That's it. You can scan the QR code from your EZ-FRAME and play the Memory.

Yes, you can do that.

Simple following the steps below to update your EZ-FRAME content source:

1. Go to your EZ-FRAME web app and find the EZ-FRAME you want to update the content source

2. Click on "Update Content Source" button

3. Paste the new "Share Link" for your new Shared Album onto the "Link to Your Content" field from the setup page of your EZ-FRAME

4. Click on "Update" button

That's it. You can scan the QR code from your EZ-FRAME and test it out.

If you have a shared album in your Google Photos and want the EZ FRAME to display them when you or your guests scan it, you can do this easily by obtaining the shared album's "Share Link" and link that to your EZ FRAME.

Note: you can also shared the album to specific people if that is your intent. In that case, your guests would need to login to their Google account when they want to view your content from EZ FRAME.

Below are instructions how to obtain a "share link" for an existing shared album on your Google Photos and link that to EZ FRAME for quick access and viewing.

Steps to obtain a share link for an existing Google Photos shared album:

1. Open your Google Photos app

2. Click on Library and locate your album you want to share

3. From the top menu, click on the "link" icon as shown in the figure 1 below

4. Make sure "Link sharing" is enabled in the window appeared

5. Click on "Copy Link" button

Now you have the "Share Link" obtained.

Steps to link a share link, such as Google Photo album to an EZ FRAME:

1. Login to your EZX web app

2. Locate the EZ FRAME you want to link to

3. Click on "Update Content Source" button

4. Paste the share link in the "Link to your content" field

That's it. Now you or your guest can view your shared album simply by scanning the EZ FRAME QR code.

You can link and view any video of your choice (or videos) in your Google Photos with just one scan from an EZ FRAME.

To do so, you simply locate the video of your choice from your Google Photos. Then, obtain its share link and paste that link to your EZ FRAME.

Here are the steps to obtain a share link for a video on your Google Photos:

1. Open your Google Photos

2. Locate your video of choice

3. Click the "Share to" icon as shown in the figure 1 below.

4. Click on "Create Link" option from the pop up window.`

Now you have the share link copied on your clipboard. Next you paste that share link onto your EZ FRAME.

Here are the steps to paste that link to your EZ FRAME:

1. Login to your EZX web app

2. Locate the EZ FRAME you want to link to

3. Click on "Update Content Source" button

4. Paste that share link in the "Link to your content" field

That's it. Now you or your guest can view the video simply by scanning the EZ FRAME QR code.

Note if you have multiple videos you want to share, you can first place those videos into a share album in Google Photos and then share that album. See here for more steps instructions.

You can access any file, including a video clip, located in your Google Drive via an EZ FRAME easily with just one scan.

To do this, you simply obtain a share link for the video or file of your interests. Then you associate that share link onto your EZ FRAME. After that, you or your guest scan the QR code on the EZ FRAME. The video or file will be available to you.

Here are the steps to obtain a share link for a video on your Google Drive:

1. Open your Google Drive

2. Locate the video (or any file) of your choice

3. Click the "more" icon (3 dots) as shown in the figure 1 below.

4. Click on "Manage people and links" option from the pop up window.

5. Under "Link settings", you should see either "Restricted" or "Anyone with the link" option under that settings page. If you see "Restricted", click on it till you see "Anyone with the link" option and select that option

6. Click on the "link" icon as show in figure 2 below to copy the "share link"

Now you have the share link copied on your clipboard. Next you paste that share link onto your EZ FRAME.

Here are the steps to paste that link to your EZ FRAME:

1. Login to your EZX web app

2. Locate the EZ FRAME you want to link to

3. Click on "Update Content Source" button

4. Paste that share link in the "Link to your content" field

That's it. Now you or your guest can view the video or any file of your choice simply by scanning the EZ FRAME QR code.

EZ FRAME is designed for dynamic updates.

When you have new videos, or when things changes - having different events or a group of guests, you may want to show a different content or video. You can simply link the EZ FRAME with your new content of choice.

To do this, simple following the steps below to update your EZ-FRAME content source:

1. Login to your EZ-FRAME web app

2. Find the EZ-FRAME you want to update the content source

3. Click on "Update Content Source" button

4. Obtain the "Share Link" for the new content and paste that new link onto the "Link to Your Content" field from the setting page

5. Click on "Update" button

That's it. Your EZ FRAME is now linked with the new content. You can scan the QR code from your EZ-FRAME and test it out.

The short answer is EZ FRAME requires no power, no wiring, no device maintenance, and there is no storage limit.

EZ FRAME is a combination of physical frame and a cloud frame. The physical frame is located at your home or premise and does not have any digital component and thus require no power from its owner. There is also no device maintenance, software update, virus scan needed.

The cloud part of it is located at the cloud maintained by COOZII and thus require no maintenance from our users either.

As EZ FRAME itself does not hold your content like a traditional digital frame, there is no storage limit with the EZ FRAME. It simply works with your existing cloud storage which has already stored your digital contents. (why we would want to duplicate them - it would be a waste of resource and not green! yet open up another content security risk point)

The physical part of the EZ FRAME is a traditional photo frame with a stylish print that is personalizable for each individual owner. It can be placed at any locations of your choice serving as a home or premise decoration. There is no wiring, no outlet consideration needed.

1. Open your Apple Photos app.

2. Select the album where contains the photos you want to create a video from. (you can add more photos if you want)

3. Click on the "3 dots" icon on the top right corner

4. Select "Play Memory Video" - a video is then created

5. When the video is playing, click on "upload" icon

6. Select the "Save Video" on the bottom of the screen

That's it. The video is now saved in your Apple Photos

To link that video to your EZF, just obtain its share link. The caveats here is the link is only good for 30 days.

If you want to keep the video link to the EZF longer than 30 days, you can upload the video to your iCloud Drive or Google Drive first. Then, obtain a share link (make sure the permission is set properly) from those locations and use the link to link to your EZF.

Yes. Each EZ FRAME can be managed using a Free-Tier EZ FRAME Cloud Service after its one-year complimentary EZ FRAME Cloud Service is expired.

The Free-Tier EZ FRAME Cloud Service allows you to manage your EZ FRAME through Coozii's EZX web application. It also allows you to access all cloud features. It does however have limits on how many times you can use some of cloud services. It also has lower resource priority than the other tiers'.

You can use EZX web application from your web browser, such as Google Chrome or Apple Safari.

Just go to https://ezx.coozii.com and you will see a Sign-in with Google button.

Click on the button and you will be login to EZX if you have already sign-in with Google on your browser.

If you have multiple Google accounts, just select one of them that you plan to use to manage your EZX cloud services.

If you cannot login to EZX for some reason, please logout (if you have already login) and login to your Google account first. Then go back to EZX (ezx.coozii.com) and click on Sign-in with Google button again. You should be able to login.
